Bank # 1 is the passenger side of the engine , and sensor # 2 is after the exhaust has passed through the catalytic converter ( downstream of converter )
I have a 99 f150 w/ the v6. You actually have 4 o2 sensors. 2 upstream of the cats and 2 down stream of the cats
O2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank1 sensor 2)
Passengers side, after the catalyst.
its the O2 sensor on the driver side above the catalytic bank1 sensor 1 is the passenger side above the catalytic bank2 sensor 2 is O2 below catalytic on driver side bank1 sensor 2 is O2 below catalytic on Passenger side
where is the bank1 o2 sensor at and how do i change it please i need your help
Bank 2 is the drivers side of your engine on your Ford Sensor 1 is in the exhaust before the exhaust enters the catalytic converter
Sensor 2 is the downstream sensor (after the catalytic converter). Bank 1 is the drivers side of the engine
Just locate the connector with the white cable, in the front of the Engine and it lead you to the oxygen sensor. It has to be attached to the Pre- Cat
bank 1 is the passenger side of your engine sensor 2 is after the exhaust has passed through the catalytic converter ( downstream )
Bank 1 is on the passenger side exhaust pipe and sensor 2 is behind the (rear) catalytic converter
Bank 1 is on the same side as #1 cyl (right/passenger) side, bank 2 is the left/driver side. Sensor #1 is BEFORE the cat. convertor, sensor #2 is BEHIND the cat, so Bank 1, sensor 2 is the sensor BEHIND the convertor, on the left/driver side. bank 1 is actually on the drivers side
bank 1 is the passenger side of the engine , sensor 2 is downstream of the catalytic converter ( after the exhaust has passed through the cat. )
