there generally isn't one on that model Saturn i have one and am having to buy one aftermarket

coolant capacity for the 96 Saturn SC2 is 7 quarts, almost 2 gallons.
The blower resistor is under the dash pad on the top of the heater box
It should be the same as my '94 SC2 which is 12.8 gallons.
TAke the knobs off and there are nuts under them that need to be removed.
