Master cylinder usually located under the hood at the driver's side firewall
It uses brake fluid in the brake fluid reservoir. The clutch fluid (brake fluid) is fed by the brake fluid reservoir. The clutch fluid reservoir is just beneath the brake fluid reservoir. So, add fluid to the brake fluid reservoir to fill the clutch fluid, also.
On a 1995 Ford Escort : The brake fluid reservoir is also the clutch fluid reservoir
Look at the level in the brake fluid reservoir.
If it is like the ( 1996 ) Ford Escort : The BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR is also the CLUTCH FLUID RESERVOIR
The clutch reservoir is next to the brake reservoir under the hood, on the driver side. They both use dot 3 brake fluid.
The clutch gets its fluid from the master brake cylinder reservoir. The master clutch cylinder sits just below the master brake cylinder reservoir and is fed fluid by gravity.
On the firewall, on the left side of the engine compartment, attached to the brake booster.
If the " BRAKE " warning light comes on in your dash either the BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IS LOW in the brake fluid reservoir located in the engine compartment of your 1995 Ford Mustang or the parking / emergency brake is engaged
If it looks like a smaller version of the brake cylinder container it is the hydraulic clutch reservoir ( assuming you have a manual ) and you will fill it with brake fluid.
On a 1995 Ford Taurus : The brake fluid reservoir would be near the firewall , on the drivers side of the engine compartment ( it should be a white / semi clear plastic with a " max " marking on the side
If you are asking where the brake fluid reservoir is located then, it is located right above or beside the brake Master Cylinder. The Master Cylinder is located on the driver's side near the firewall. It is mounted just in front of the brake booster.
Normally DOT3 brake fluid. Check you owner's manual or look on the reservoir cap.
