A 1991 doesn't have a crank sensor, it only has a distributor pick up plate(cam sensor)

on the front of the block near the crank
the cranck sensor is on front of engine it reads the teeth on crank pulley.the cam sensor is on top of same side of engine.
The engine computer, located behind the battery, is the voltage regulator on a 1991 D150 truck.
Check the crank angle sensor usually about $150 to replace
You can try drying it with a hair blow dryer. If that does not work then heat your oven to 150 degrees and leave it in there overnight. If that does not work you will need to replace it.
Assuming you are asking for the location of the fuel level sending unit, it's inside the fuel tank.
