On a straight six carbureted f150, the EGR valve is located beneath the Carburetor. The carburetor sits on a part I call the EGR plate. The EGR valve is attached to this place at the end. The EGR Valve is a round metal piece that kinda looks like a flying saucer. It will be on the left side of the engine. This should help
