The transmission is a sealed unit and the fluid is supposed to last the life of the vehicle. If you want to change it you should take it in for a complete tranny flush.

The filler plug is on the rear section of the transmission that the drive shafts bolt on to, it looks alot like the drain plug and is fairly obvious. The tranny itself fills from the dipstick tube.

The gearbox drain is at the bottom of the gearbox and the filler plug is halfway up the lefthand side. Use Gear oil. If you mean the auto transmission fluid, this drains from the plug at the base of the rectangular pan and fills with auto transission fluid via the dipstick tube
