The fuel filter is located on the frame rail aprox. under the drivers seat on the under side of the vehicle, good luck usually the filter nuts are very rusty and you end up breaking the fuel line fortunately many people have been there before and there is a kit to repair this if it happens, I always put never seize on the threads when I put it back together so next time it unscrews with alot less effort.
