Yea, the 1993 Buick Lesabre does have a fuse for the horn. However, there could be other reasons why the horn doesn't work, the clockspring or relay could be out.
It is located in the fuse box under the hood on passenger side.
The horn relay on a 97 Buick LeSabre is located at the front of the engine compartment, near the headlights. It provides power to the horn and triggers it when the button is pressed on the steering wheel.
The 1994 Buick Regal horn fuse is located in the fuse box. The horn fuse will be in the second column, fourth from the top.
there is a 15 amp fuse behind glove compartment on rh side. hard to get to. this fuse controls power to a relay under the hood on passenger side. there is a 60 amp fuse there also that supplies power to relay contacts and on to horn when relay energizes
There is a 60 amp fuse for the horn in the rear engine compartment fuse box. theres is also a 15 amp fuse in the fuse box on the passenger side of the car. Remove the panel below the glove box that spans the passenger side. The fuse box is to the far right up under the dash.
The Buick LeSabre doesn't have horns or antlers. Search hard and you'll never find 'em.
if not on the drivers side, dash(open door to see), The lift out the back-seat and look there by battery.

under the hood, there is a plastic cover at top of firewall, it is the BLACK relay
when you open the drivers door, you will see 2 black knobs at the end of the dashboard. turn them counterclockwise and the panel around the headlight switch will come out to access fuses. unfortunately the horn fuse is not located there
