Where is fuse to replace when all of the turn signals stop working on a 1999 Subaru Forester?

Forester has two fuse blocks. One is in the engine compartment on the left side behind the battery. The other one is low in the left side of the dash behind what appears to be an ash tray (mine is full of quarters)' Open that tray and pull up to unsnap the lower hinge. The fuse that you are seeking is in the panel right behind it. Good luck!
