Pop the hood, behind the the headlight is a little cover, pop it off and turn the knob left or right if you want to raise or lower the headlamp.
There is also another adjustment underneath the actual headlamp itself. To access it the headlamp surround needs to be removed with a Philips head screwdriver. The small round headed screw can be adjusted by hand.
