Underneath the drivers side dash, behind the hood release.
The fuel pump is located next to the tank behind the right rear tire.
Your Fuel Pump is located under the right side by the gas tank and right rear wheel...........
I'm pretty sure it should be around 36 psi.
I own a 1977 280Z automatic and the fuel pump relay is located above the kick panel on the right passenger's side floor in front of the door. You have to access it from under the dash.

fuel filter may need to be replaced or the fuel pump is going out. check all of the fuel lines for moisture. wooden clothes pins work best for checking the lines

There is 3 relays #1 is located behind the glove compartment on the right, #2 and #3 are on the inside fender wall in the relay box on the passenger side of the vehicle. All of this info is in the original service manual. I only know this cause I just bought one and I can't get it started, Ican't seemto get the pump to work.
It is under the black metal cover where the two Fusible Link wires are attached, at the strut, passenger side of car.

Actually the Fuel Injection Relay is located under the dash on the left (drivers) side above the emergency brake line, It can be removed with a phillips screwdriver and remove the two connectors
