just loosen the nut, these are not splined so just put it where you want it
there is an Allen screw and a nut on the throttle cable you loosen the nut and the screw and adjust it to make it idle up or down.
You adjust the run and idle speed with the governor wire...loosen the nut and adjust it.

you could advance or retard the timing on the distributor by simply rotating it clockwise or counter clock wise depending which way your engine rotates.(usually clockwise) there is a nut that holds down the distributor shaft,loosen it up and you would be able to move the distributor.(carefull not to allow the shaft to come out of its base),DO NOT remove the nut all the way. on another note you may need to adjust the static timing(distributor timing) completely if you want the vehicle to start on the first try.

Pop up the plastic cover that is attached to the base of the wiper arm. This will expose the 13mm nut that holds the arm to the wiper transmission. Loosen the nut and wiggle the arm lose, adjust it to where you want it and tighten the nut back up.
I can't speak for earlier models but on my '07 you have to take off the metal cap on the "eyebrow" to access the mounting bolt. Loosen that nut and the headlight is now free to move left to right and up and down. Adjust, and re-tighten the nut.

OR CRANK ANGLE SENSOR HOLD-DOWN NUT TO LOOSEN HOUSING, TURN HOUSING TO ADJUST TO YOUR ENGINE SPEC, TIGHTEN HOLD-DOWN NUT, RE-CHECK TIMING, TURN OFF ENG., REMOVE JUMPER WIRE, REPLACE COVER ON CONNECTOR.
