Bank 2 is the drivers side of the engine in a Ford Explorer
Sensor 1 would be somewhere in the exhaust before the catalytic converter ( upstream )
the oxygen sensor or 02 sensor is usually located on you headers it should take a 5/8 wrench it will have two wires coming off of it.
There is no fuse for the oxygen sensor. The 1997 Ford Explorer ambient temperature sensor can be found on the bottom of the drivers side mirror. The engine coolant temperature sensor can be found on the front of the engine.

its located on the exuast pipe it screws into the pipe and pluggs into another connector unplug it unscrew it screw the new one in then plung it back into the connector
bank 2 is the drivers side of the engine sensor 2 is downstream of the catalytic converter ( after the exhaust has passed through the catalytic converter - called a catalyst monitor )

Oxygen sensor number two would be screwed into the exhaust either after or in the side of the catalytic converter.
