It is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment firewall next to the blower motor.
The blower fan motor is located under the hood on the left side in a Ford E150
The resistor is located to the lower right of the blower motor. You will need to remove the battery to access it
on the top of the engine compartment firewall
The EEC Power and fuel pump relays are behind the computer on the passenger side under the dash. The relay on the blower bracket is the fuel pump.

The relay is attached to the driverside inside fender wall behind the battery. It's a small square relay about 1.5" square. It should be right next to the blower moter relay and looks the same. If you have lost the horn and the cruise control it is more likely the clock spring which is behind the steering wheel. Hope this helps.

The 1994 Ford E1 50 turn signal flasher can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal flasher relay will be above the brake pedal.
I found the relay fastened in front of the battery, behind the grill on my E150 1990 van. It has a 3 prong plug and is fastened to the frame with two 7.5mm screws. Cost $15.00 Good luck.
