The blower motor on the e150's I know is within the engine bay, look for a round cylinder similar to a coffee can laying horizontally. a few screws on the right side of it and you should be able to slide the assembly right out... good luck

on the firewall next to the battery
On a 1995 Ford Econoline E350, the resistor is located to the right of the blower motor in the engine compartment. It is the second plug attached to the blower motor wiring harness. It has two screws and a white connector compared to the black one for the blower motor.
i am about to trobleshoot and fix mine ... i have the same problem i will answer further when it is fixed although i would check the blower moter resister first
Behind the battery. You need to take out the battery, and the battery tray, then it's easy to access. Keep in mind that the resistor may have burned out because the blower motor is failing.
looking into at the engine from straight ahead, it will be to the right and lower inside the housing. it will have a grey pigtail on it.. about 3" away from the motor.. passenger side firewall.
