Tune radio to desired station, press desired number and hold that button down for several seconds, station is now set to that number.
AC Delco, and the original plugs will have a colored dot on the spark plug wire end of the plug. That indicates factory installed parts.
That would be the FACTORY A/C DELCO FILTER. If it wasn't any good then Chevy would not have used it.

I would tune it up, Plugs and wires, Factory AC Delco Cap and Rotor And change the fuel filter.

If it was factory... it is a Delco.
It has an electric fuel pump inside of the fuel tank and if it has never been replaced then it will be a A/C DELCO pump and if your smart you will put the factory pump back in it.

Contact the dealership. Most can obtain a unlock code for the factory radio. Since it's a Chevy I'm assuming it's a Delco raido. Go to www.delcolockcodes.com and they'll be able to get you your specific unlock code.
