FACTORY KEYLESS ENTRY CODE LOCATION 2004 EXP. Comptuter Module location: OK, here it is, In the second row seating in your 2004 exp, sit directly behind the front passenger seat, to your right at your right shoulder is the seat belt retracter, 10 to 12 inches below the retracter and behind the lower panel you will find your module with a large 5 diget number, this is the Factory keyless entry code. Pull the top panel off, it goes up in front of the rear right side window, now pull the lower panel out and away, you will see the module in all it's glory. This is where I just located mine. The biggest Hassel is pulling the panels away and resetting them in the correct snap in holes, it's all feel so go slow. not a big deal. hope thgis helps.

The idle speed is controlled by the powertrain control module ( computer )

It is part of the body computer programming.
The Powertrain Control Module will cut back on the fuel to protect the engine
I'd like to be able to locate and recognize the computer on 2004 Lincoln town car. Can you give me a location to look for it.?
Cannot be diabled without removing the keyless entry module
Power train Control Module. It is the engine computer.
The factory-set code is located: I have a 2005 ST my code was on the keyless module behind the passenger side air bag. go to www.mysporttrac.com and it will tell u how to find it.
I have a 2004 Ford Explorer XLs and I just found my security code. The Bosch computer module was behind the lower plastic panel on the passenger side rear panel right below the seat belt height adjuster. Not the panel with the seatbelt adjuster but the one below it. No tools were needed and it took me all of 5 minutes. Just pop off the front of the panel closest to the door and pull it back. Use a light and you can see the large 5 digit code on top of the module. Thanks very much to the people that contribute to this forum....Cheers
