Under the dash on the passenger side. It can be removed from the engine compartment though, fairly easily. Unbolt the washer fluid reservoir,, and set aside (leaving the hoses connected). Then, on the firewall behind where the washer reservoir was is the blower motor. Unplug the wiring harness it by carefully lifting up the lock tab. Then, there are three 1/4" bolts around the blower motor along its outer flange. You may need to clean off dirt and sealant to see them. Remove those three bolts and the motor with the squirrel cage will just slide back and out.

While you are at it, you should probably replace the blower motor resistor (from inside the vehicle, same location). I posted an answer on how to do that here too. The whole operation including the resistor swap out should take under 2 hours.
