look on the passenger side, it is located in between the door and the dash. there should be a triangular shaped panel on the side of the dash that will pull off with a little effort and the bcm is about a 4inch by 5inch black box with numbers on it. if you are replacing it, the numbers MUST match on the replacement bcm. i just replaced one today on my sister-in-law's car. If one has theft and the other doesn't, the car will not start.

This is a fairly common problem on these vehicles. It is usually caused by a bad body control module, or BCM. If you buy a new one it has to be reprogrammed for your car by the dealer.
