Had same problem with my 91. ECU had leaking capacitor.
Fuel pump relay located in the inside of the passenger front wheel well goes bad and causes too much amps to flow to the ECU causing it to blow. Do a bypass on the relay and replace ECU.
It is located behind the radio.

Ecu is fried or your wires somewhere are touching and will cause your ecu to fry! Happened to me, that's why I'm on here.

If the 93 Stealth came with a crank sensor but it does not have one now, then it will not start. The sensor shows the ignition coil when to send power to the spark plugs.
