Most computors are located behind the passenger side kick panel. That's the panel to the right of your feet while sitting in the pass seat.

The horn relay in a 1994 Ford Bronco is located on attached to the cruise module. The electrical relay is under the hood.
ECC relay is in a box under the hood on the drivers side. open the lid and look at the inside of the cover and there will be a diagram of where each relay is located.
