It's behind the radio-console unit in the dashboard. Pull off the plastic cowling (two screws at the top next to the cup-holder slot, and then two screws in the gear shift boot, for a standard shift model). Then four more screws to pull out the radio and heater controls. The flasher relay is tucked in on the left right there --and it looks slightly different than the aftermarket module that you may have bought to replace it.
behind dash, centre console - remove the stereo, easiest access. It's a three prong relay.
The blower motor relay on a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX is located in the exterior fuse box. The exterior fuse box is located underneath the hood.
I had the flasher unit replaced by a auto electrician. It was located under the dash and it was right up near the instruments panel . The flasher unit has a u clip which slides out. If you want a pic of the unit I can do that sometime.

The 1996 Subaru fuel pump relay switch is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The fuel pump relay switch will be on the drivers side of the firewall.
It is located in the engine compartment, near the battery I'm pretty sure. You'll see a black box that has a bunch of fuses and relays in it, should be able to check the owners manual to see which is which...happy hunting!!

they are just up under the dash by the fuse box there is 2 together.
The Subaru Impreza does not have a fuel pump inertia switch. If you are having fuel issues it could be the fuel pump relay or fuel pump.

The 2004 Toyota Tacoma flasher relay fuse is located beneath the drivers side dashboard. The flasher relay fuse is actually a relay switch.
