Hi,
I just replaced the flasher relay on my wife's 2005 Monte Carlo. The flasher relay is not a traditional relay in the sense that it actually is integrated into the emergency flashers button on your instrument panel, above the ignition.
The part cost $45 at the dealership, and was a bit tricky to install. You'll have to remove several screws that hold the instrument board in place.
It's also a pain in the butt to remove the actual flasher relay, once you get to that point.
where is my singnals and hazard flalsher on my 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo
The turn signal/hazard flasher is integrated into the flasher switch. A very common failure on these cars.
Above the radio there is a button with red triangles on it. That is where the turn signal flasher is. You have to take the dash off to get to it.
Try on the top of the starter - follow the + battery cable

The Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS coupe has a curb weight of 3,340 pounds. General Motors produced the Monte Carlo from 1970-1988 and again from 1995-2007.
Fuel pressure for a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo should be between 50 and 55 PSI. This ensures that the injectors will function properly.
