Where is the Gold Coast?

The only "Gold Coast" now in existence is in southeast Queensland. The Australian city of the Gold Coast lies just south of Brisbane, capital of Queensland. It meets the southern boundaries of the cities of Redlands and Logan at the Albert River. The Gold Coast extends to the border of Queensland and New South Wales, and inland to the Lamington National park. It is a very popular tourist destination for both domestic and international visitors.
