The IAT sensor is located (from satnding in fron of the car looking at engine) on the right side of the intake manifold on the upper part but at the bottom of the upper part. It's usually white and has a plug to it of course, Ibeleive there is 2 screws/ small bolts holding it in...be careful not to break the electrical connector when removing , as it does get very hot right there and the plastic becomes brittle.
