For the 2001 Grand Caravan Sport 3.3L Sensor 1 Bank 1 is located on the top of the rear (toward the vehicle interior) exhaust manifold. If you shine a light to the rear of the motor and peer through the mess of hoses near the battery you can see it installed in perhaps the worst possible location Dodge could come up with. It's quite the PIA to get at but can be done w/o major disassembly. I stongly recommend purchase of an O2 sensor socket ($10 - $20) as there is next to no room for an open end wrench (7/8"/22mm) let alone room for your hands. Additionally, reaching the sensor and plug requires a bit of creative arm routing and plenty of opportunities for skin donations at the hose clamps.
You should be able to find a shop manual at your local library with the right info. Make copies as they are usually only in the REFERENCE section.
The Chilton Repair manual is not very informative in regards to location and removal of this particular sensor, so I would follow the advice above in regards to an actual shop manual from your local library.
