If the 1992 cavalier's engine is the same as the corsica LT's, then location is pretty easy to find. In the back of the engine, located in the middle, a few inches down, should be a rubber hose about 3/4inches wide. This hose goes into a gromment in the valve covers. It should be easy to pull out by hand. At the end of the hose will be the pcv valve which should resemble a car cigarette lighter. Shake it. If it rattles then it should be okay to go. If it doesn't, then replace. Good luck. This address will lead you to an image of the engine and the area you will find the pcv valve in. http://img113.exs.cx/img113/182/pcv-valve.jpg

I am presuming you mean the pcv valve, it is in the valve cover.

Does your 1986 Chevy Celebrity have the 2.5L 4 cylinder engine or the 2.8L V6?
Likely a stuck ring allowing blowby from the cylinder.
Thru the bleed valve on the slave cylinder attached to the transmission.
hat years cavalier wagons made
Depends on which engine you have. Do you have the 2.5 4 cylinder or the 2.8 V6? On the 2.5 4 cylinder engine it is on the center of the intake manifold near the valve cover. If you have a 2.8 V6 it is on the intake manifold near the throttle body.
