It's either in the intake or in a hose between the intake and valve cover.
PCV valve on top of the valve cover towards the end of the cover. Will have a 90 degree black rubber boot on it.
do you mean hiway 90? might be a service station that the metro wants to visit... If you mean 90 kph, then you have a fuel problem. If you mean 90 mph, it is because it's not legal in the US and the Metro knows this
on the 3.4L V6 it is located on the front valve cover, just to the right of the oil filler cap. there is a hose with a 90 degree boot on it. remove that and pull out the PCV valve.

2000- 2004 1.8t have the pcv valve on the top rear of engine. It's two connections are 90 degrees to each other. Black part with a disk shaped top.
Look on the front valve cover and it is to the right of the oil fill cap. There will be a black hose going to it that makes a 90 degree angle. Pull that off and then pull the PCV out.

Rule of thumb is 90 foot pounds on passenger cars
On the v6 its on the front valve to the far left side. You will see a rubber hose which goes into a 90 degree bend into the valve cover, slide that out.. Voila
