Looking at the picture in my Chilton repair manual it looks like the PCV valve is on the drivers side of the engine , at the back of the engine , between the intake manifold runners and the firewall - good luck

PCV valve locationI have a 4cyl '91 ranger and believe the valve is mounted on the passenger side of the engine bay, towards the back corner. It should have two hoses connected to it.
