Not sure if 1995 is like 1994, but on my 1994 MPV 6cyl (3.0L), the PCV is in the middle of a hose on the BACK of the engine, UNDER the throttle body assembly. Took me a LONG time to find it!
There is no PVC valve on the 4cyl Toyota Camry. ÊThe location of the PVC valve on the 6cyl is center upper engine area, mounted in the rear valve cover.

If it is the 2.4 (4cyl) or 3.5 (6cyl) it is behind the timing belt. If it is a 2.7 (6cyl) it is located on the engine near the bellhousing, bank two side (side facing radiator)

driver's side/front on the valve cover. very visible and easy. Then there is a vac line heading to the intake manifold.
It is located on the left side of the engine (6cyl) next to the thermostat, in order to replace both thermostat or sensor the alternator needs to be removed
The PCV valve on the 4.9L I6 engine is nearly impossible to see. It is located at the top of the valve cover near the rear of the engine forward a few inches from the center of the firewall. It is easier to see and reach it if you use a step stool.
