Not sure if 1995 is like 1994, but on my 1994 MPV 6cyl (3.0L), the PCV is in the middle of a hose on the BACK of the engine, UNDER the throttle body assembly. Took me a LONG time to find it!
It shouldn't, the engine blocks are different.

your fuel pump is located in the top rear of the fuel tank
If it is the 2.4 (4cyl) or 3.5 (6cyl) it is behind the timing belt. If it is a 2.7 (6cyl) it is located on the engine near the bellhousing, bank two side (side facing radiator)

Yes, by removing the 4 cylinder and installing a V6. But the cost would be prohibitive. Sell your 2004 Honda 4 cylinder and then buy another 2004 Honda V6 and you will be money and lots of time ahead.

Belt! The V6 has a cam belt and is an interference engine. Replace at 110,000 miles. The 4 cylinder has a cam chain.

if you look under the vehicle passengers side door you will see the engine and transmission the starter is bolted the transmission mudislife2: there are three bolts holdong it on. one for the wire and two to hold the starter on. it is incredably easy to change if its a 6cyl.
