I have a '93, and mine is mounted to the radiator support frame, just under the Power Steering pump.
Might not be exactly the same as yours but it looks like a small black box, with a single black wire lead connected to it.

Yes, but of course you have no ABS, stopping in rain will take longer.
In the tank
there is a relay box in the engine compartment, on the fenderwell that will have some of them
Black square near a second relay (for AC), under the bonnet , firewall passenger side.
Where is the choke relay located on a 87 Chevy caprice?

its located at back of enginebay next to bulkhead firewall mounted to a bracket oninnerfender other relay isabs relay fuse holder is forfuel pump
There are several componets of the fuel pump. There is the pump and an expensive sender unit. All of this is inside the gas tank. Mine broke in NJ while traveling and it cost me $816 to have all the fuel pump stuff replaced at a Chevy dealer. I think I posted all the exact parts on another post. VBD To find the fuel pump relay on a 1991 Caprice first open the hood and it will be located on the right (passenger side) inner fender near the hood hinge. Standing in front of the vehicle with the hood raised, there are (2) relays on the inner fender wall, just beside the MAP sensor. With the ignition in the ON position, remove one of the plugs from one of the relays, if the ABS light comes on in the vehicle, this is the ABS relay and the OTHER relay is the fuel pump relay
The "main relay" is inside the abs computer. If you have the Main Relay code, the abs computer has failed.
The Mazda ABS relay switch is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The ABS relay switch will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
The ABS relay is in the relay box under the hood.
