In the Fuse Panel located under the Dashboard. See "Fuses and Circuits" on page 6 under "Specifications" in chapter 11 of your "OWNER'S MANUAL".....
im having the same problem...
Lift straight up while pulling on the door open handle. Once it click, pull towards you "feeding" the door handle out of its socket.

Remove Glove Box & Access Panel. Disconnect Blower Motor Electrical Plug & Aspirator Hose. Remove screws & Motor. Install in reverse order.....
look on the drivers side kick panel
The Emergency Killswitch in the Subaru Outback is located underneath the drivers-side steering panel. It is to the left of the steering column and looks like an inconspicuous button. Just press that with the keys in the ignition and with the electricity on.
The turn signal relay for the 1993 Subaru Legacy is located behind the left hand instrument panel. Look on the left hand side of the steering column.
Pull out the ashtray and then the panel above and the cup holder . Radio will then come out
