Connect your Freon bottle to the low pressure port on your 1995 Lexus. Release the Freon into the air conditioning system.
If it is like the 1999 it is in the front of the car. Lift the hood...look in front of the condensor. Its a long tube...right with the high side port coming out of it. The fan is to the left of it.
connect an ac gauge and freon to the low side ac port. Start the engine and turn ac on high. Open the freon and watch til the gauge shows full.
