It's in your air box (usually black) under your hood. If you aren't sure contact your local dealer or buy a Haynes book for you year model and make. Front left hand corner behind headlight

The fuel water separator is located on the frame rail with the fuel filter, you should drain the water and replace the Filter on the frame rail and the filter on top of the motor if your water in fuel sensor light comes on...

At the bottom of the Air-filter Box, if memory serves me correctly. The air intake to the engine connects to the lid of the Air-filter Box. On non-turbo models this is located at the front, right-hand side of the Engine Bay. However, on Turbo models its on the left.
