Its probably in the same place it is on my 2002 VW Passat. The fuse panel is on the left side of the dash (you have to open the drivers door to get to it. The fuse for the blinkers is the little "10" fuse in the far top-left of the fuse panel.
I just fixed my blinkers but it wasnt the fuse... i had to replace the turn signal relay. It is built into the hazard light button on your dash. If the fuse is not blown...this is probably your problem. Buy a new hazard light button/turn signal relay for $25 and you're good to go. Just yank the old one out with a screwdriver/pliers and plug in the new one.

When you open the drivers door you will see an access panel on the sie of the dashboard, the fuse box is behind it.

The rear window defogger has a 25 amp fuse in the fuse panel behind the instrument cluster on the left side. Its fuse number 26 in the fuse panel.
Change your blinker fuse / relay.
It should be in the fuse panel in the luggage area near the fire wall.
Look at the maual for fuses look at which one is for the lighter and see if the fuse is burnt out. If not bring to a shop.
