No, without a turbo, there is no blow off valve. However, if you really wanted to, they have fake blow off valves for sale. These mimic the sound of a blow off valve. It would be an absolute waste of money, but hey, it's your money.

First off PVC is a pipe... the correct term would be PCV. Your PCV valve should be on the driver side valve cover. All you have to do is pop it off carefully & replace it with the new valve. Just bought one for a 1987 Dakota 3.9V6 was only like $15.00.

The valve is in the oil filler tube. Remove the air hose from the air box to the intake. Take off the breather hose and the air box. Now you should be able to remove the PCV valve hose and the valve itself.
You could mount it, but there is no pressure to blow off.
