Under the hood, on the left (passenger) side as you're looking at the engine. It is attached to the right side of the big box on the left (round with a flange, 4 screws, and an electrical plug)

on the top of the engine compartment firewall
its located right on the top of the motor by the compreesor
In the 1999 Trooper the relay is sbove the inside fuses. It is above the fuse door, so that the whole panel by bottom of the driver door must be pulled. Don't know if that helps for 1990. Note: My fuse, relay and motor are good, but no power to motor. added 1/22/2008 The blower motor resistor is located on the housing located on the firewall. This housing is were the blower motor is.
If you have checked and the blower motor has both power and ground then the motor is bad.........
in the dash but check the resistor 1st the blow e.z. it is in engin comp. passinger side on heater core lines it looks just like a water heater fuse
it is located under the glove box remove panel under glove box and the blower motor has three screws and two wires takes about 30 minutes
Inside the blower motor housing directly behind the electrical coupler.
In the truck!
Yes
To replace the heater blower motor: First unplug the wire connectors. Then remove the screws and the motor will pull out. Reverse the process to reinstall the blower motor.
Under opened hood, Looking toward firewall, blower motor is mounted on left of firewall. It is round and big..no way you can miss it. Sticks out like you are looking at bottom half of a pot.
