Where is the blower motor relay located in a 1999 Ford Escort ZX2?
it should be located on the passenger side floorboard (inside) just up underneath the passenger side dash
I think I found the blower relay on my 97 escort behind the drivers side kickpanel I have power at the relay or fuse but I have no power at the blower switch what could be defective?
I think you must be referring to a blower motor relay located most likely on the firewall toward the passenger side. But, i don't know exactly which relay is the blower motor relay, as there are several relays closely located together. your resister is located below your relays on firewall.follow the wiring from blower to firewall.left side of blower motor.2 screws hold the resister down, and 2 wire harness.hope this helps
What regulates the heater blower motor speed in an Isuzu Trooper 1999 and knowing where the blower the blower relay the switch and the blower fuse are located where are any other components?
There may not be. Blower motors do not draw enough current to actually NEED a relay. Disconnect power from the blower and see if it will run directly from the battery. If it does, you probably have a bad switch in the dash. If the blower WON'T run with a direct connection, you might just have a bad blower motor. I pulled the blower, and it works great. I am not getting any power to…
In the 1999 Trooper the relay is sbove the inside fuses. It is above the fuse door, so that the whole panel by bottom of the driver door must be pulled. Don't know if that helps for 1990. Note: My fuse, relay and motor are good, but no power to motor. added 1/22/2008 The blower motor resistor is located on the housing located on the firewall. This housing is were the blower motor is.
