Open the hood ...it should be on the left side of the firewall...right off of the blower motor box...
Should be behind the glove box. The blower motor speed resistor is located under the hood, on the firewall, passenger side, close to the blower motor.

You didn't say what year but my 2002 S10 Blazer has the HVAC blower motor resistor located under the hood, on the firewall, passenger side, close to the blower motor. Unplug the wire harness and remove the two small screws holding it in place and gently pull it out.
