Under the hood, on the firewall, over the top of the passenger side strut tower. Look for a plastic plug with about 5 connections. To remove:
1) Disconnect the negative battery terminal (suggested in svc manuals.)
2) Unplug wiring harness (release tab is on top of plug.)
3) Depress the spring fasteners on sides of unit (this is difficult; they are behind the base; look at the replacement unit for reference.)
4) Rotate unit clockwise (pull left side out first) as it comes out in order to clear the rigid A/C lines.
The blower motor resistor is over the passenger side strut tower, under the hood.
The blower resistor is behind the glove box. It mounts to the HVAC housing.
The blower motor resistor has failed. The blower motor resistor has failed.
Check the blower motor resistor
It is behind the glove box.
On an auto temp system the blower motor resistor has failed and needs replaced.
Resistor or blower motor power module.
Blower motor resistors are usually located close to the blower motor.
The blower motor resistor is mounted behind the glove box door.

When the fan is on high it does not run through the blower motor resistor. The low speeds don't work because the blower motor resistor is bad.
The blower motor resistor location on a Chrysler 300M is on the passenger side of the vehicle. It is on the floorboard next to the inside firewall, just in front of where the passenger sits.
