open the glove box and squeese the back of glove box in and the glove box will lower out of the way. then you can replace the resistor from there. (10 min job) squeese the sides of the box inward to lower it The resitor has two screws with two sets of wires to it. One with a group five and one with a group of two. Less then $20 bucks and 10 min time
The blower motor resistor is over the passenger side strut tower, under the hood.
The blower resistor is behind the glove box. It mounts to the HVAC housing.

When the fan is on high it does not run through the blower motor resistor. The low speeds don't work because the blower motor resistor is bad.
The blower motor resistor location on a Chrysler 300M is on the passenger side of the vehicle. It is on the floorboard next to the inside firewall, just in front of where the passenger sits.
