Under/behind the glove compartment. There's a black plastic panel hiding the goods. This cover is held on by two plastic push-in fasteners that may need a little coaxing to get out.
Once this panel is off, get on the passenger's floor upside down and look up. Working from the passenger door to the center of the car, there will be one wireset to the blower motor, another set to the resistor unit, a set of vacuum hoses (looks like a wireset) and another wireset. A little further to the center is the blend door motor and wireset.
The resistor panel is a rectangular blue phenolic plate held in by two 8mm screws, one on each end. Remove the plug, remove the screws and it drops right out.
