It is under the glove box. Take off the big black cover below the glove box by removing the two plastic tabs (tough to get out, used a screw driver to pull out slightly and then stuck needle nose pliers underneath to remove the remainder). The Resistor is in the back left corner within the duct. 2 screws and the resistor pulls out. My resistor had a big corrosion bludge that slowly ate away at the 1-3 speed paths on the plate.
The 2005 Ford F1 50 pickup truck blower motor resistor pack can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The blower motor resistor pack is on the passenger side of the firewall.

Pull out the lock on the blower motor resistor wire harness connector to unlock the connector latch . Depress the latch on the blower motor resistor wire harness connector and disconnect the connector from the resistor. Remove the two screws that secure the blower motor resistor block to the HVAC housing. Remove the resistor block from the HVAC housing............
Blower resistor is behind the blower motor up against the firewall you can see wires hanging down from it. (Mite be called blower control module in 2005 models.)
Replace the blower motor resistor.
The blower motor resister is located just to the left of the blower motor on the passengers side right below the blower motor return air tube.......
Most likely the "low" speed section of the blower motor resistor is open. Unless you have the automatic A/C/heat control, the resistor will cost you 20 or 25 dollars.
