It's by the break switch to the left of the break pedal.
On the drivers side of the engine compartment. Between the back side of the plastic intake hose and the brake master cylinder.
remove the pedal arm pin so that you can freely move the pedal and have an access to the rubber stopper slots.
Master Cylinder for brake and clutch are located next to the ABS unit on the firewall of the driver side in the engine bay. Slave cylinder for clutch is located on the bottom of the transmission.
Do you have power to the connection that is on the back of the center brake light? the red wire should have voltage to it. If not, it may be grounding out somewhere.

If you mean the brake light switch (tail brake light) , is in the upper part of the brake pedal. Just follow the brake pedal up and you will see two rubber buttons(switch stopper) and their respective switches, those are for the brake light switch(left) and the cruise control(right)
