The Cabin Air Filter in a 2009 Sorento is behind the glove box door. There is a swing stop on each side of the glove box which is disengaged by a black tab on each side of the door. Once you get pats those tabs the door drops down to the floor exposing a black tray which holds the filter (Kia # K97133-3E270). It lists for $30.00 and should be changed every 10K miles, VERY expensive, and should cost $5.00 or so.
