To replace the washer fluid sensor on a 1996 Lincoln Mark VIII, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Then, locate the washer fluid reservoir, which is typically found near the front of the vehicle. Remove the reservoir by unscrewing any bolts or clips and disconnect the wiring harness from the sensor at the bottom of the reservoir. Replace the old sensor with a new one, reconnect the wiring, and reassemble the reservoir before reconnecting the battery.
Yes you can. I replace my factory speakers on my 1998 Ford Expedition with Pioneers.
Yes it's difficult and you need a couple of special and expensive tools.
You have to take off the panels on top of the steering wheel and the bottom to get at the screws the rest is straight forward.

Yes they can as long as they are the standard headlamps, the LSC you would have to get the ballast etc.
If it's not the fuse then it's the multi-function switch (the turn signal stalk) that went dead on you.
