I've been told that a '91 and '90 are the same. I have a '90 with a 2.3 Quad 4 motor. To change the coil you need to pull the plate off the top of the engine. I believe there are 6 bolts that hold it on. Once off turn the plate upside down and under the white plastic housing is where you will find your coils. Be prepared to shell out some cash for them too.
