Hi,
There is no more coil pack as what you are probably used to see. On the 2006 F-150 it is call "coil on plug" (COP), it's one coil per cylinder and it includes the boot that does directly on the spark plugs. Check to found out where you would normally check to find the spark plugs and you are gonna find the coil on plug. There is a 2 wires connector on it and a 7mm bolt that holds it to the valve cover.
f150 ignition coil sequence
COP system Coil on Plug. Coils are located on the top of the spark plugs
Its on the upper right hand side of the motor right above the coil
Asking "Where is the ignition coil located on a1985 ford 4.9 with efi?"
i know if you have the 5.4L V8 you will have coil packs. not spark plugs
The # 2 coil / sparkplug / engine cylinder is on the passenger side of the engine , 2nd from the front of the engine
The heater resistor coil is located on the blower motor on the 2006 T300 Kenworth.
They are on top of the cylinder head below the coil packs. If you are replacing them it will be BEST to use Motorcraft plugs and to put anti-seize on the threads.
at the tach it is white-pink green at coil
No , unless the spring is damaged
In general (very loosely) a misfire can be a bad plug, wire or coil.
if the vehicle has a 1.9 eng. Coil is located on end of engine (drivers side)
