Being you did not list the year model but will assume its a 1987-1993 it will be behind the right hand side kick panel below the blower motor.Has three plastic screws and one metal the hold it tight.You do have to remove the door plate plastic cover at least two screws to get it free because it has a notch that holds it tight to that panel.It should have one bolt and one nut that hold it to the metal aside from the electrical plug going to the ecm.
